Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No payment is required during the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charge.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• You can continue using the service until the expiry date

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if you are unsatisfied with the service
• After 7 days: Pro-rata refund for unused months (applicable for quarterly/annual plans only)
• Monthly plans: No refund after the billing cycle has started
• Wallet top-ups: Non-refundable once credited to wallet

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at sales@ledgemitra.com with your account details and reason for refund.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account/card) used during the purchase.

• Setup fees (if any)
• Custom development charges
• Domain registration fees
• Wallet balance top-ups
