Welcome to LedgerMitra SaaS. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We provide cloud-based business management software including POS, Inventory Management, Accounting, and related services on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Our services are offered on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You retain full ownership of your data. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the service.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the registered office jurisdiction.
